Meet Javier
Javier became part of the ISA team in January 2022 after working in the leisure industry for several years. He was chosen for his ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers.
Javier studied a Physical Education degree in Spain with a focus on Lifesaving and Swimming Coaching. He holds a NPQL Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding. He has also completed his STA level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming and on-going In-House Training with the rest of the ISA Team.
“I feel so happy to have the opportunity to join this awesome team and see what the next challenge is! I studied Physical Education in Spain and I got a scholarship to do my work experience in London. I decided to join the ISA Team because I was impressed with the methodology, the progression and the good atmosphere you can find around them! My hobbies are swimming, practising any sport and travelling. Love seeing all my student’s progression and them getting confident in the water”.
