I couldn’t book my previous slot, what can I do?

  • If for some reason, you couldn’t secure your previous slot within the “Priority Booking” period, you will have to wait a couple of weeks to receive the email, entitled “General Booking” and book any available slot in your preferred location.
  • We can’t guarantee that your old slot will be available any longer after the Priority Booking period, slots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
