We welcome all families with our warmth and exclude no-one. We care about our families and are compassionate toward them. We’re helpful and very engaged. Our customers trust us because they know we work hard to achieve the best results.
Our teachers and administrators will always remember you and your child’s name! Not only that, we give our customers a voice to express their needs and expectations. Everyone is valuable to us and we ensure this is felt by our families.
We are here to listen and acknowledge your thoughts and emotions. We treat our families like individuals rather than another number on the list. We pride ourselves on developing true and long-lasting relationships with our families and respect for equality and diversity is paramount to us.
Feedback and improvements
We are always challenging the norm with our programme and service, so we don’t have a business model to look at when it comes to creating everything we do; from the swimming programmes, swimming instructor training, booking systems etc. For us, it is a continuous learning journey. This is why we need your constructive feedback to identify areas in need of improvement and ensure we continue to achieve our mission to “never leave anyone behind” when it comes to teaching water safety and swimming skills.
Growing as a community
Our ISA family grows through recommendations, which means so much to us. Many of our families came to us after hearing about our programme at school, from family members or even at other activities! It is so beautiful to see how the children make new swimming friends and enjoy swimming alongside some familiar faces too!

All our customers are important to us. This is why we aim to get back to you in about 48 working hours. On top of the usual communication methods, we have our own closed Facebook group only for parents, and our newsletter is a great way for you to keep up to date with everything we do. This communication style creates a reciprocal respect and loyalty between our staff and our families.
