What is the Stroke Transition Programme?
On this programme you will learn the most effective way to transition your swimmers from the rollback-and-float technique (learnt in the Water Safety Programme) to traditional strokes. You will learn to teach the correct streamlined body position in preparation for teaching strokes. This teaching programme is important to effectively and smoothly progress your students from basic water safety skills to advanced traditional strokes techniques.
